Are the courses free?

Yes. All courses on the IGAD E-Learning Academy are free.

Who can enrol?

Anyone can enrol, including IGAD staff, officials from Member States, partners, practitioners and members of the public.

How do I create an account?

Select Sign Up at the top of any page, enter your name and email address, and choose a password. You can then enrol in any course.

How long does a course take?

Courses are self-paced. Each course page shows its chapters and what is included, so you can plan your time. You can stop and continue whenever you like.

Will my progress be saved?

Yes. When you sign in, the course picks up where you left off, on any device.

How do I get my certificate?

Complete all chapters and pass the final quiz. Your certificate is then issued automatically and available to download from your account.

The course does not load. What should I do?

Refresh the page, check your internet connection and make sure your browser is up to date. If it still does not load, try another browser or contact us with the course name and a description of the problem.
